中国红十字基金会 中国的人道公益组织

    美东时间2017年1月26日起,纳斯达克塔楼的LED大屏迎来了中国红十字基金会宣传片。每天以数十次的频率,持续播出一周,向全世界展现中国红十字基金会的形象。这是来自中国的人道公益组织在时代广场的首度亮相,由承办纽约时代广场纳斯达克塔楼大屏的北京路途广告传媒有限公司捐赠播发。

    拥有110余年悠久历史、因《纽约时报》得名的纽约时代广场,又被称为“世界的十字路口”,是全球观光客访问纽约的必游之地,每天都有数以万计的游客在此游览观光。当天,呈现在全球游客面前的中国红基会公益广告,是一副充满浓郁中国元素的金鸡祝福剪纸,和中国红基会网络卡通形象“小红”发出的“2017与您同行”公益邀请。中国红基会副理事长刘选国介绍,中国红基会此次接受捐赠登上纽约时代广场,是中国红基会讲好中国故事、更好沟通世界的积极尝试,同时也是在“互联网+新媒体”时代,面对自媒体发展和媒体融合的浪潮积极转变自身的新一步,希望能向世界呈现一个崭新而有温度的中国红基会公益形象。春节期间,中国红基会将开展“纽约时代广场拍小红”有奖征集活动,只要把含有中国红基会新春公益广告的图片,上传到“中国红十字基金会”微信公众号(微信号:crcf01)或在微博上@中国红十字基金会,将会获得中国红基会的一份新春好礼。



    作为全国5A级基金会,中国红基会是中国首家通过ISO9001认证的公益基金会,其项目先后五次荣获中华慈善奖,被评为全国先进社会组织、福布斯中国最值得推荐的基金会、胡润百富榜中国富豪最青睐的基金会、中国中基透明指数榜最透明的公益基金会等。


    2016年,中国红基会筹募资金4.8亿元,公益支出4.11亿元,同比分别增长71%、73%。2016年全年救助5505名白血病患儿、1155名先心病患儿,帮助104万名患者;在受灾地区发放28550只赈济家庭箱;在贫困地区援建64所博爱卫生院站、59个红十字救护站、培训713名乡村医生;为山区学校援建599个红十字书库、配赠2293套图书、为213名学生提供助学金;为中西部贫困地区和受灾地区立项援建37个博爱家园;成立“院士博爱基金”,在新疆、贵州地区对西部儿科医师进行专业培训;配合国家“一带一路”战略,积极拓展海外人道援助。



    为进一步加强人道传播和品牌管理工作,新年伊始,中国红基会专门成立品牌与传播咨询委员会,邀请来自国内多家公益传媒机构的领英人士、品牌与传播领域的专家学者汇聚其中。中国红基会将在品牌与传播咨询委员会的指导下,紧抓新媒体的时代特色持续发力,转变传播风格,推动红十字品牌建设和人道公益传播工作。



    While Chinese all around the world is celebrating Chinese New Year, CRCF’s noncommercial advertisement will be shown on Nasdaq screen. Times Square, New York, the screen is also known as the Screen of the World. This advertisement will be played dozens of times per day for a week. This is the first time that a Chinese humanitarian charity shows at Times Square. This chance is donated by Beijing Lutu Advertising Media Co., LTD which is the undertaker of Nasdaq screen.



    Times Square, New York has a history of more than 110 years. Times Square is famous because of New York Times and also known as the Cross Road of the World. Tourists from all around the world definitely will visit Time Square when they come to New York. Every day, tens of thousands of people sightseeing here. The noncommercial advertisement that CRCF will show to the tourist is a traditional Chinese paper cut blessing golden chicken and the cartoon image of CRCF——Red. These two characters will send out the invitation of public welfare activity——2017 By Your Side. The vice president of the CRCF Xuanguo Liu introduced that the reason why CRCF accepted this donation of showing CRCF at Times Square is a new attempt, to tell the story of China and have a better communication with the world. And in the era of the internet and new media, CRCF want to change itself to face the development of we media and media. CRCF also hope to show the world a new and warm image. During Chinese New Year, CRCF will hold a collection activity with prizes named Photograph Red at Times Square, New York. You only need to take a picture of the noncommercial advertisement of CRCF and send to the Wechat public number of CRCF(Wechat ID: crcf01), you can also @Chinese Red Cross Foundation at Weibo. In the end, you will receive a new year present given by CRCF.



    As a 5A class foundation, Chinese Red Cross Foundation is the first charity foundation pass the confirmation of ISO9001. Programs of CRCF have won Chinese Charity Award five times. CRCF is rated as the National Advanced Social Organization, the most recommended foundation by Forbs China, the most favorite foundation of Hurun Rich List’s Chinese rich people, the most transparent charity foundation of China.


In 2016, SRCF raised 480 million and spent 411 million on charity. Each number increased 71% and 73%. CRCF helped 5505 children with leukemia, 1155 children with congenital heart disease, 1.04 million patients in 2016. CRCF sent 28550 aid family cases in the disaster-affected area. CRCF built 64 Love Clinic, 59 Red Cross first-aid station, trained 713 rural doctors in the poverty-stricken area. CRCF built 599 Red Cross Library with 2293 sets of books and funded 213 students to go to school in remote and rural schools.CRCF built Love Home in poor areas and the affected areas in the Midwest of China. Foundation for Academician was founded. In Xinjiang and Guizhou, CRCF trained western pediatrician professionally. And to co-operated the Belt and Road strategy of China, CRCF is working on overseas humanitarian aid.



    To strengthen the spread of humanism and brand management further, at the beginning of New Year, CRCF set up brand and communications advisory committee. Chinese Red Cross Foundation invited elites in national charity and media organization, professionals in brand and media areas to join the new committee. CRCF will cling to the characteristic of the new media era and continue good work under the dissidence of brand and communications advisory committee. CRCF will change the style of spreading, push forward the establishment of the  Red Cross brand and the spreading of humanitarian work.
